Allplan 2011 mimari projede emsal hesaplama nasıl yapılır? bunun ile ilgili video ders nerde bulabilirim?
Diyelim 3000m2 arsamız var ve emsal 0,9 veriyor. normal kat tasarlarken projenin emsalini bürütünü otomatik hesaplayan komut veya yöntem var mı?

Bildiğim kadarıyla var. Ancak Türkiye standartlarına uygun olmayabilir. Mesala mahal tanımlarken mahalin türüne göre alanı belirli bir katsayı ile çarpıp o katın alanını hesaplıyor, ancak az önce de dediğim gibi Türkiye standartlarına uygun olmaya bilir. onun yerine lejant komutunu kullanırsanız, çiziminizde tanımladığınız mahallerin alanını otomatik olarak toplar.
